Ever so often my Vista system asks to upgrade the assistant. It never finishes, but repeats the same question about loading SUABnr. I finally uninstalled SUABnr. Do I need to find it, and re-install it?

If you're using Vista, you need to run the software as Administrator. It's known that Vista has major problems when it comes to security protocols and users permission. Run the software as Administrator and make sure all the other applications are turned off. You can use Task manager to close them. Additionally, re-insert the CD and reinstall the software.
